The MV Guide to Paris: Your Chicest Itinerary Yet

The city of love, fashion, and most importantly, croissants – or pain au chocolat if you will. Paris is always a good idea, that’s a given. How you choose to spend your time though, that is what counts. Trust us when we say that these spots are worth working into your schedule, they will make you go oui! oui!

A Stylish Brunch at CoCo

Bonjour, rise and shine! Throw on your most dashing beret and make your way over to CoCo for a September brunch. Opt for an outdoor table, the Parisian ambience is unbeatable. And if you ever get a bit chilly, CoCo gives out cashmere blankets to keep you warm. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city around you over délicieuse bites. Honorable menu mentions include: the avocado toast with pomegranate seeds sprinkled on top, and of course, the caramelized French toast, because who does french toast better than the French themselves?

Exploring Paris in Style: Tuk Tuk Adventures

It is time to gain a feel for the city’s most notable attributes… You are a tourist after all, but an à la mode one at that. Ride in style with Paris by tuk tuk. Tuk tuks are the best way to properly hit all the must-see spots in this beautiful city. From the Arc de Triomphe, to the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and the Moulin Rouge, these little decorative modes of transportation allow you to check all the landmarks off of your bucket list.

Retail Delights

A MV guide to Paris is not even close to complete without some shopping recommendations. La Samaritaine and Le Bon Marché are by far the most curated department stores I have ever stepped foot in. You are pretty much guaranteed to find a one of a kind piece in these places. Say au revoir to your wallet, but I promise you it is worth every penny. And would we ever let you down when it comes to fashion?

Savoring Paris: From Ladurée to Palais Galliera

C’est la vie! If you have any extra time in your visit… Sample sugary snacks at Ladurée like a modern day Marie Antoinette. Go on a bike tour through the decadent gardens of Versailles and act like the queen you are. Take a pastry making class or embark on a wine tasting to have a taste of the local Parisian life. Make a stop at Palais Galliera to gain inspiration from Paris’s deep rooted archives of fashion and art – We drew much inspiration from here for our most recent release, the Paris drop.

Dine in Style: Paris's Hottest Culinary Spots

End your long day of shopping, touring, and noshing with a dinner at Paris’s hottest spots (wherever you can get a reservation, fingers crossed!): Kong, Café De L'homme, Lou Lou, Le Piaf, and/or Costes. Each of these restaurants have a distinct dinner vibe.

You may recall Kong from that episode in SATC where Carrie meets her Russian-lover’s ex-wife! It is uber trendy and has a beautiful view of the city. Honorable menu mentions at Kong include: the miso black cod and the tuna tartar.

Next is Lou Lou, just a hop skip and a jump over from the Louvre. A delightful meal with that coveted Parisian night time vibe; make sure to order the Pipe Rigate alla vodka, you will not regret it.

Le Piaf is a party that we would attend over and over and over. Apart from the amazing music, drinks, and atmosphere, we have never tasted a french fry like the ones here.

Last but not least, the Costes restaurant located in Hôtel Costes. You are bound to run into some sort of fashion model or celebrity here because everyone knows that the foie gras is absolutely epic – duck was not our thing until we tasted it at Costes! Any of these restaurants would be the most perfect closing to the most perfect day in the most perfect city.

Café De L'homme, Paris

World-class museums, cultural cuisine, historical architecture, and inherent romance. Paris is like no other city in the world – enjoy every minute of it.

Bisou Bisou!
