Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size of the print you've selected. Our prints are produced and shipped from California, so shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your proximity to our production facility.

Once your order is placed, our standard production time is 3 business days. After production, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Ground/Home delivery. Therefore, you can expect your order to arrive within 5–8 business days if no digital proofs are required.

We take great care in packaging your prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:​

Canvas Prints:
Shrink-wrapped, followed by foam or bubble wrap, then sealed in a corrugated box.​

Prints:
Mailed inside a protective kraft tube.

All sales are final. Each product is made to order so we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please be sure to read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If your order is damaged or you receive the wrong item please support@maggievillamaria.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or wrong item and we will be happy to assist you.

In the event that your order shows as delivered but you didn't receive your shipment, please contact the courier and local postal service with the tracking number (shown in your shipping notification) and inquire with them about it first.

There's a chance your package is waiting for you to pick up at your nearest post office, however, if they can't find it, contact us at support@maggievillamaria.com to see if there's anything else that can be done on our side.

At Maggie Villamaria, we have a 14-day exchange policy for jewelry purchases. We understand that sometimes a customer may wish to exchange their item for a different design or size. While we cannot offer returns due to the made-to-order nature of each product, the time-intensive production process, and the high cost of materials, we will accommodate exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Due to the detailed and hand-made nature of this product please allow 10-14 business days for production before shipping.

Maggie Villamaria pieces are handmade in limited batches by our small team. Because of this, each piece is truly unique. To keep your jewelry in the best condition, we recommend storing your jewelry in a safe, dry play to reduce the likelihood of tarnishing. Avoid exposing your jewelry to excessive humidity or sunlight. Our jewelry is made to last but pieces that are handled [without care] through continued dropping, wear and tear, or improper transport / storage are more likely to show wear and possible damage over time.
