At Maggie Villamaria, we are dedicated to ensuring every piece of artwork meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Original Artwork:
Each original piece is created with meticulous attention to detail and care. Because of the time required to finalize the artwork to perfection, original artwork orders take approximately 5-6 weeks to complete and ship.

This timeline allows us to:

Ensure the piece is crafted to the highest quality standards.
Make any final refinements for a flawless finish.
Carefully package the artwork to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep.

Prints:

High-quality Giclée prints are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 days, depending on the order size and availability.

Shipping Notifications:

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you have specific deadlines or need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Jewelry

Please note that we ship all orders Monday through Friday. All orders are usually shipped within 10-14 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If an order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. 

If you need to place an urgent order, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@maggievillamaria.com. Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions.

Once we hand-pack and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier so that your package will arrive to you safe and sound! In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Maggie Villamaria Jewelry does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
